She has been formally trained in Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Deep-tissue, Trigger-point therapy, pregnancy (pre-natal) massage, Access Energy, and is a Reiki Master-Teacher. Her massage is extraordinarily relaxing and balancing, and her acute ability of observation only strengthens her training.
