Ally is caring a person, and I feel re-born after every session with her. She's not only works on your body she works on your mind and reduce all the stress. My experience with her I go in with lots of pain in my lower back and knee and stressed out and leaving fresh and clear head. BTW, I love her new space, looking forward to my next visit.
